The story about the health inspector who shut down a little girl’s lemonade stand has been making its way around the blogosphere. Health inspectors better get May 1, 2011, on their calendar. That’s Lemonade Day, the brainchild of Michael Holthouse, a successful entrepreneur I met several months ago who is trying to inspire kids to start businesses by sponsoring a single day every year when kids set up lemonade stands.
